I will utilize person-centered and evidence-based practices such as DBT, CBT and Mindfulness, all tailored to you. My aim is to help you rediscover and come home to the most authentic you—the one that existed before the world told you who you “should” be. You deserve a life that’s true to your values, and I wholeheartedly believe in YOUR ability to achieve it.
